Architecture: Gabriel has spent a good amount of time working on the suite of web applications and have shown an in depth understanding of the architecture across the apps. Our applications range from your traditional web app to chromecast receiver, video player, and internal tools. We have had new team members onboard recently, you have taken the time to help them understand our applications and systems. You have grown your knowledge of our architecture and that has helped you provide thoughtful analysis and solutions for new/existing features.

Problem Solving - When approaching bugs or complex stories, you take the time to think through multiple solutions and provide thoughtful input on which solution to move forward with. You understand how to time box your effort and when to ask for help. When others have tickets they need help on, you are willing to jump in and provide valuable support on debugging issues.

Communication - During demos, you speak clearly to a group of stakeholders, designers. As an engineer, you find a good balance of delivering your message without going too far into the technical parts. This is not always easy to do in your primarily language and you have shown this ability in your second language.
